Heckmondwike v Mirfield

With the sun shining we made our way to Heckmondwike

In both triples we were desperately unlucky not to win them both

Shirley, Diane and Harry lost 12-13 after controlling the game from the start.

Lucy, Steve and Mark struggled at first and then began to understand the terrain better before going down 11-13

With a bit of luck we should have been 2-0 at the break.

The unlucky losses somewhat deflated the team

Shirley and Mark lost 3-13

Harry and Diane played well but lost 10-13

Lucy and Steve played exceptionally well to win 13-1, well done

So Heckmondwike won 4-1

But to show how well we played and how unlucky we were, the aggregate score was
